These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the beamlightcoaching.com and beamlight.squarespace.com websites (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Beam Light Coaching ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing our Service, signing up for our newsletter, booking a session, or purchasing a product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Use of Our Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have parents written consent, to use our Service or purchase our products and programs. By using our Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Coaching Services Disclaimer

Beam Light Coaching provides coaching, guidance, and related services intended to support your personal growth and wellbeing. Please note:

  • Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice or treatment. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

  • Coaching outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or transformations from any session, program, or product.

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, choices, and actions taken during or after coaching sessions.

Products, Services & Purchases

We offer coaching sessions, programs, digital products, and related services for purchase through our Service. When you make a purchase:

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (including payment and contact details).

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase or booking, unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payment via:

  • Credit and debit cards (processed through Squarespace Payments and/or Stripe)

  • PayPal

  • Interac e-Transfer

We do not store your full payment card details. Card payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processors.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • Single Sessions: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, at no charge. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

  • Programs/Packages: Packages and program payments are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. Cancellations are allowed up to 7 days before your first program session, you may request a refund minus a small administrative fee, or a credit toward future services.

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, unless otherwise required by law.

Newsletter & Email Communications

By signing up for our newsletter or submitting your email through our forms, you consent to receive marketing emails, updates, and promotional content from us. Intellectual Property

All content in our Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, worksheets, program materials, and course content, is the property of Beam Light Coaching, unless otherwise noted, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

Our Service and all content, products, and coaching sessions are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beam Light Coaching, its owner, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website and we will update the effective by date at the top of the page. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
